Miranda Lambert is one of the three blonde beauties who have dominated the country music scene along with Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. This 27-year-old Texan country singer and songwriter certainly is one of the finest women to hit the stage. She is not only famous for her award-winning songs, but also for the fabulous Miranda Lambert performances in the Grammy Awards. Lambert won her first Grammy awards with Best Female Vocal Country Performance for her single ‘The House That Built Me’. There at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards, she introduced her then fiancé Blake Shelton. The two were married in May 14, 2011.
Born on November 10, 19834 to parents Richard Lee Lambert and Beverly June Lambert in Longview, Texas, Miranda grew up in a home dedicated to country music. When her father brought her to a Garth Brooks concert when she was nine, her interest to country music began. With her father’s tutelage, Miranda began performing in talent contests and at local restaurants. With her father’s finances, she has launched her self-titled independent album in 2001. She made her way into the professional scene after finishing third in the 2003 Season of the reality show Nashville Star. It landed her to a recording deal with the Epic Records.
With three albums: Kerosene, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Revolution, having all been certified platinum, with Crazy ex-Girlfriend and Revolution winning the Album of the Year awards, all the Miranda Lambert performances have always been regarded as nothing but absolutely fabulous.
